SOTIF and STPA Training

SOTIF or ISO 21448 is a standardization effort to try to address the problem of complex perception requirements. The purpose of this training is two-fold: First, understand the contents and outline of SOTIF and its distinguishing features among standards, and second, to understand practical methods in requirements and testing to fulfill the mission of SOTIF as well as related standards such as ISO 26262 and UL 4600. Practical methods and product liability considerations are included in this training to help fill-in the gaps in this informative standard.
